Sealife SportDiver Underwater Smartphone Housing (SL400-U)

Please note: The SeaLife SportDiver SL400-U is the more compact smartphone housings in the SeaLife range. Not all smartphone models will fit this housing. The larger SeaLife SportDiver Ultra SL405 supports a wider range of larger smartphones, including many Pro Max and Ultra models. If you want additional compatibility for future or larger smartphones, the SL405 may be the better option. The larger SeaLife SportDiver Ultra SL405 is also available as the SportDiver Ultra 2500 Set, including the Sea Dragon 2500 underwater photo-video light, tray and grip system.

The SeaLife SportDiver SL400-U is a compact underwater smartphone housing designed for compatible iPhone and Android smartphones. The housing is approximately 20% lighter than the larger SportDiver Ultra SL405 while maintaining the same underwater camera controls and Bluetooth® functionality.

The housing supports smartphones up to 165 x 80 x 9.7 mm, including iPhone 11 through iPhone 17 Pro and selected Android models. The SportDiver connects wirelessly using Bluetooth® Low Energy technology and works with the free SeaLife SportDiver app for iOS and Android. Depending on the smartphone model, the app supports zoom adjustment, white balance, exposure compensation, manual focus, RAW+JPEG capture and video recording up to 4K resolution.

The housing is depth rated to 40 m (≈130 ft) and constructed from polycarbonate, stainless steel, aluminium and optical glass. A removable underwater colour-correction filter is included to help restore natural underwater colours during dives and snorkelling sessions.

The SL400-U includes dual leak protection systems with an internal moisture sensor and vacuum pressure alarm. The housing provides visual, audio and on-screen warnings if moisture or pressure loss is detected. The large shutter lever and rear control buttons are designed for operation while wearing dive gloves.

Three standard 1/4-20 tripod mounts allow attachment of trays, arms and underwater video lights. The compact housing design makes the SL400-U suitable for travel and diving setups where lower weight and smaller dimensions are preferred.
