Returns and exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. As a consumer ordering online, you can return your product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Exceptions: Special orders (custom or ordered on request) and purchases by non-consumers (B2B) are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal unless explicitly agreed. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

How returns & exchanges work

  1. Notify us within 14 days (consumer online orders).
  2. Pack securely. Include your order number. Keep items unused and undamaged.
  3. Ship back with a trackable service to the address below.
  4. Refund or exchange after inspection according to this policy.

Returns from outside the EU

When completing customs documents, declare the parcel as “Returning to seller – goods for return”. Use an appropriate low customs value according to your carrier’s guidance to avoid duties and delays. Set the commercial value at € 0,- (or € 1,- if the system does not accept 0). If this is not correctly stated, customs charge import duties to us and the package will be REJECTED. The sender remains responsible at all times for paying any import duties that are charged to us
