What if you are not happy or not satisfied with your purchase? Please contact us.

We will help you and our experience shows that we are always willing to make an agreement to everyone's satisfaction!
If you're a consumer and have ordered a product online in our webshop, then you can use your right to return or exchange in case the product does not meet your requirements.
You can return it within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted if the product is undamaged and unused, if possible in it's original packaging.
The shipping costs for the return will be for your own account.
