AOI MDS 01 Extension Plate 50mm (2 Pieces) - Black

The AOI MDS-01-EP5-2-BLK consists of two 50 mm (≈2") extension plates for the AOI Modular Tray System (MDS). These extension sections are used to widen the frame for larger underwater housings. The EP5 extension plates are mounted between the frame sections of the modular tray system to increase the overall frame width.

Additional width for larger underwater housings

The 50 mm (≈2") extension plates are used for larger underwater housings such as the OM System TG-7 underwater housing. By widening the frame, additional space is created around the housing and accessories within the AOI MDS frame.

Expandable with additional 20 mm extension plates

Besides this 50 mm (≈2") frame extension, additional 20 mm (≈0.8") EP2 extension plates can also be installed. These extra spacers increase not only the width of the frame, but also the height. This configuration is used for larger AOI OM System and Sony underwater housings.

Part of the AOI Modular Tray System

The extension plates are installed using the included M3 screws within compatible AOI MDS frame configurations. The modular construction allows the frame to be adjusted for different underwater housings and tray setups.
