WeeFine multi function underwater housing Insta360 Ace Pro/Pro 2

The Weefine WFH AP2 action camera dive housing is designed for the Insta360 Ace Pro and Ace Pro 2, with a maximum depth of 120 m. Its hard-anodised aluminium-alloy body incorporates a quick-release lens mount, USB-C camera power and multiple accessory interfaces. This allows the housing to combine camera protection, external power and compatible underwater optics in one configurable system.

Lens and accessory compatibility

The quick-release lens interface accepts the compatible WFL14 wide-angle lens and WFL15 close-up wet lens. Additional expansion points support the WFA27 ball head, WFA51-F M16 H17 accessory and WFA101 leak detector. These accessories are shown as compatible options in the manufacturer manual and are not listed as standard housing contents.

Camera power

An optional 18650 battery can supply power to the camera through the housing's internal USB-C connection. The USB-C output is rated at 5 V and 2 A. Weefine specifies the WBL-11C, WBL-11N and WBL-10H batteries for use with the housing. The battery is not included.

A dedicated switch activates or deactivates USB-C power. The indicator displays blue above 80% battery capacity, green between 20% and 80%, and red below 20%. For camera charging, the camera's USB-C cover must be opened and the internal cable connected before the housing is closed.

Installation and maintenance

Remove the microphone wind muff from the Ace Pro 2 before installing the camera. Lens filters, wrist straps and protective cases must also be removed. When using USB-C power, route the cable so that it cannot be pinched when closing the housing.

After diving, immerse the closed housing in fresh water for 30 minutes and rinse it under running water for one minute. Keep the main O-ring clean and lubricated, and inspect it for dirt, cracks, damage or deformation before use. The supplied removal tool should be used when removing the O-ring.
