ROVs

Biological research, Search & Rescue, ship inspections, seabed inspections, monitoring in mussel farms and other aquaculture, infrastructure checks... these are just a few examples of areas where underwater drones, also known as underwater ROVs (Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles), are deployed. In combination with a drone, one or more accessories such as a sonar, metal detector, robotic arm, laser scaler, or water sample collector can be used. An underwater drone with camera is easy to operate, and the images can be viewed directly via smartphone or tablet.
