The RED KOMODO is everything you can expect from RED. The ultra-compact size with high-end specifications is what appeals to many people. This is also the new entry level camera from RED which will be accessible to more people than ever before. Of course Gates cannot stay behind to make a perfectly fitting strong compact housing for this, the Deep Komodo. The housing is made of machined anodized aluminium.

This housing has thought of everything, think of heat dissipation from the camera, space for two batteries (one for the camera and one for the monitor), expansion options by means of mounting points for various accessories, SDI output and for example the extensive vacuum system that is included.

Due to the compact size, the camera is easy to operate, including the aperture that can be operated with the fingertips.

Gates also makes it possible to film underwater and at the same time to monitor above the water with SDI connection. The connection in the housing and the cable also have a gold connection for optimal synchronization and the gates cables are certified. The longest cable available is 30 meters.

The housing comes with various accessories. To complete the housing, you only need the gates extension rings and dome.

The housing comes balanced out of the box, adaptable for the use of various lenses.
