AOI DLP-112 Acrylic Dome Port – 140 for AX Port Mount
The AOI DLP-112 is an acrylic dome port for AX Port Mount housings, developed specifically for the Sony FE 8-14mm F3.5 Fisheye G lens. Its removable lens hood supports the lens's circular and diagonal fisheye range while helping to prevent physical obstruction at the widest settings. The port is rated to a maximum depth of 60 m.

The AOI DLP-112 Acrylic Dome Port is designed for AX Port Mount housings and the Sony FE 8-14mm F3.5 Fisheye G lens. Its hemispherical optical-grade acrylic dome is positioned to support the lens's very wide fisheye field of view underwater. A removable lens hood allows the configuration to be adapted when moving between circular and diagonal fisheye compositions, while the rigid port construction is designed to maintain accurate optical alignment under pressure.

Removable lens hood
The Sony FE 8-14mm F3.5 Fisheye G can move between circular and diagonal fisheye framing. AOI designed the DLP-112 with a lens hood that can be removed and reattached underwater. Removing the hood at the widest circular fisheye settings prevents the hood from physically obstructing the image, while it can be refitted for other compositions to help shield the dome from stray ambient light and physical contact.
Optical design
The hemispherical dome is designed so that the lens entrance pupil can be positioned relative to the dome's centre of curvature. This helps retain the wide field of view underwater and reduces optical problems associated with using an ultra-wide lens behind a flat port, including loss of field of view and reduced edge performance.
